Google allows the promotion of online pharmacies in 2 cases:

  • Pharmacies that are registered with the Swedish Medical Product Agency
  • Telemedicine providers that are accredited by LegitScript’s LegitScript Healthcare Merchant Certification and Monitoring Program, which offers telemedicine certification to websites that provide virtual healthcare services and facilitate prescribing.

Advertisers must not promote prescription drugs in their ads, landing pages, and keywords. Learn more or apply for LegitScript certification. Advertisers must also be certified with Google. See how to apply.
